If you connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your free/busy schedule and write access to create temporary holds or final event invitations.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Our application strictly uses your Google Calendar data to facilitate meeting scheduling. Specifically:

• We read your free/busy time slots to auto-suggest meeting times that do not conflict with your existing events.
• We do not read the details, titles, or contents of your existing calendar events.
• We use write access to place optional temporary "Hold" events on your calendar and to create the final, locked meeting invite.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google Calendar data to third parties. Your data is solely used to provide the scheduling functionality of this application.

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption to protect your information both in transit and at rest to ensure your sensitive Google Calendar data remains secure.

4. Your Rights

You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings. You may also contact us to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
